1) He's the youngest head coach in the FBS
Riley coached his first game for the Sooners at 33 years old on Sept. 2 against UTEP -- just three days before his birthday. He remains the youngest head coach in the top division of college football. At the time, he said the promotion is a dream.
"When you decide you want to do this, these are things you just dream about," Riley told reporters in Norman, Okla. "I feel like I'm honestly living a dream right now.
