CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Trae Young looked like he was coasting to a 2-for-2 start in his first NBA All-Star Weekend. Then, Jayson Tatum pulled up from halfcourt.
In the NBA Skills Challenge Saturday at the Spectrum Center, Young was well ahead of the second-year Celtics forward and ready to shoot the contest-ending 3-pointer. But Tatum let a first-time heave fly from just behind halfcourt that beat Young's shot to the basket.
