Oklahoma City Thunder guard Josh Giddey reportedly will not face charges after the Newport Beach Police Department investigated allegations that the 21-year-old had an inappropriate relationship with a minor.
TMZ Sports reported the Newport Beach Police Department in California said it closed the case after finding no corroborating evidence.
"Our sources told us at the time that the minor and her family were unwilling to cooperate with investigators," TMZ wrote.
In November, Tim MacMahon of ESPN shared a statement from the police saying there was an "active investigation" into the allegations and that they were "actively seeking additional information" related to the case.
