TULSA — Raymond Felton's history of alley-oop passes in a Thunder uniform is a high-wire act. What widens the margin for error for him is throwing alley-oops to athletes like Hamidou Diallo.
When Felton lofted a pass in the second quarter of the Thunder's 113-94 win against Atlanta, Diallo wasn't even in the picture, but sure enough he appeared, soaring over every Hawk for a dunk.
“The sky's the limit for this kid,” Felton said. “He's already ready for the NBA game, and it's scary because he hasn't reached his peak yet.”
The rookie continued his impressive preseason Sunday, posting 13 points and five rebounds in 25 minutes.
