Have you ever had a waffle on a stick? A fried hamburger? A cheeseburger egg roll?
Neither had I until Tuesday at Chesapeake Energy Arena. Every year before the Thunder starts its season, the team invites media members to the arena to try out the new food and beverage items from Levy and SAVOR. I’ve been to all but two arenas on the NBA circuit, and I can assure you The Peake has some of the most unique items I’ve ever seen.
Frankly, some of the concourses around the league have food options that are either bland name brands that lack quality, or the choices are creative but lack flavor.
