Thunder forward Paul George ruled out against 76ers

The Thunder will be without its leading scorer on Thursday.

Starting forward Paul George will miss the Thunder’s game against the 76ers with right shoulder soreness, per the Thunder.

Since scoring 45 points in 50 minutes in a double-overtime win against Utah on Feb. 22, George has struggled shooting in his last two games, averaging 19.5 points per game on 25.6 percent from the field (11-of-43).

George has only missed one game this season entering Thursday – the Thunder’s 118-102 win against Phoenix on Dec. 28. Dennis Schroder started for George in that game, scoring 20 points in 39 minutes.
