Thunder: Elbow by Paul George, offensive goaltending by Jusuf Nurkic ruled incorrect non-calls in Last Two Minute Report

The NBA Officiating Last Two Minute Report for the Thunder’s 129-121 overtime win at Portland Thursday identified five incorrect non-calls in the final minute of regulation. They included an elbow by OKC forward Paul George to Portland center Jusuf Nurkic’s face and offensive goaltending by Nurkic.

Those two plays contributed to a confrontation between George and Nurkic with four seconds left in the fourth quarter that earned them offsetting technical fouls and led to Nurkic’s ejection.

About 10 seconds earlier, George elbowed Nurkic in the face as he drove to the basket. George missed the shot, but Thunder guard Terrance Ferguson scored the putback.
