Chris Paul posted a photo Tuesday of Kobe Bryant lifting Chris Paul Jr. high in the air after a Lakers-Clippers game.
The careers of Bryant and Paul overlapped for 11 NBA seasons. In five of those seasons, Paul's Clippers competed against Bryant's Lakers.
Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven others died Sunday in a helicopter crash 30 miles northwest of Los Angeles.
Paul, who did not play in the Thunder's game Monday night following Bryant's death, posted a tribute on Instagram to the Lakers legend.
