Scotty Brooks was back in town Wednesday night, for just the second time since he was fired as the Thunder’s coach. This time, it wasn’t as big a deal.
Last season, Brooks’ first as the Washington Wizards coach, was wildly cheered by the Thunder fans. OKC loved Brooks. Didn’t always love his coaching, but always loved Brooks.
And that hasn’t changed. But other things conspired to take away the spotlight from Brooks’ second homecoming.
