The Thunder has started to fill out its preseason roster, agreeing with free agent Eric Moreland to a training camp deal according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Moreland (6-foot-10, 238 pounds) appeared in five games between Phoenix and Toronto last season. The 27-year-old center/power forward has career averages of 1.9 points and 3.7 rebounds in four NBA seasons.
The Thunder opens training camp on Oct. 1.
The Thunder often signs players to training camp deals as a means to a spot on the G League Oklahoma City Blue. Moreland was one of the most effective big men in the G League in 2017, averaging 12.
