It’s safe to say that the wear and tear of the OKC Thunder and San Antonio Spurs marathon game was on display in tonight’s rematch. Thankfully for the Thunder faithful, the boys in blue had more gas in their tank as they rolled to a 122-112 win at home.
The Spurs started as hot, as they held the lead for the majority of the first half. 3-pointers and LaMarcus Aldridge are just not a good mix for the OKC Thunder defense. Despite that and a less than stellar offensive start, the Thunder only trailed by 9 heading into the second half.
