The Houston Rockets have signed Jeff Green to a 10-day contract. And now the Rockets are one player away from fielding a lineup consisting of Thunder alumni from the 2010 playoff team.
Houston already had James Harden, Russell Westbrook and Thabo Sefolosha. Now Green is on board.
That 2009-10 Thunder team went 50-32, placed eighth in the Western Conference seedings and played the defending NBA champion Lakers in a rousing playoff series, won by Los Angeles four games to two when Pau Gasol’s buzzer-beating tip-in won Game 6.
