Ten days ago the OKC Thunder didn’t play to their identity and lost a heartbreaker at the buzzer. So, heading into this night it was a given this game wouldn’t take on the same lackadaisical effort.
There was no pregame sentimental dance with Russell Westbrook and Cam Payne. Not when there was work to be done.
The loss in Chicago was foreign to this Thunder team who’ve done a great job of beating teams they should. But, with that victory fresh in their minds the Bulls played like they believed they could steal a win.
