The NBA had a great rookie event in the middle of the NBA offseason. Basketball junkies will cling to anything basketball related at this time of year. With three OKC Thunder rookies in the mix however there was only one from the trio whose been inked to the varsity roster.
The only representative for the OKC Thunder was Hamidou Diallo. The summer league standout that earned himself a long-term deal with the organization provided Thunder fans…something.
Once the official NBA twitter account started rolling out pictures and videos of rookie’s in their new jerseys I fully expected Diallo to be donning the number 6.
