Next on the OKC Thunder 30 for 30 is Juan Hernangomez. The third year power forward enters the 2018-19 season on the back of a disappointing year plagued by poor form and severe infectious mononucleosis (otherwise known as glandular fever or mono). The Spaniard looks to bounce back to form and work his way back into the Denver Nuggets rotation.
The Nuggets enter the upcoming season with hopes of making the playoffs for the first time in five years. With veteran Paul Milsap set to return to Denver’s starting line-up, Hernangomez is competing for playing time with four other power forwards and looks to show that enormous motor he possessed in his first season.
