When the OKC Thunder signed Moses Brown to a two-way deal, it was the second he has signed in two years. Last season he had a two-way deal with the Portland Trail Blazers. Standing 7’2″, Brown has the potential to be a serviceable big man in the NBA.
However, last season his development was stunted in the G-League because the Blazers do not have a G-League affiliate.
