NBA payrolls: Southeast Division is rather anonymous

The NBA Southeast Division is the lost division in the league. Only one Southeast team, the seventh-seeded Magic, made the playoffs. No Southeast team won more than 42 games. And none of the Southeast teams are in position to make a huge dent in the free-agent market, other than retaining their stars.

Today, we conclude our annual look at NBA payroll situations going into the free-agency period.
