The NBA’s Atlantic Division is a load. It consists of the new NBA champion (Toronto), a team that might have been good enough to be the NBA champion (Philadelphia) and a team that thought it was good enough to be the NBA champion (Boston). As the free agency period approaches, we continue our daily look at the payroll situations for each NBA division. Today, the Atlantic.
