Since breaking into the NBA in 2016-2017 with the Lakers, David Nwaba has bounced around the league. Appearing in only 51 games in Cleveland last season due to multiple injuries. It’s time for a contender, specifically the OKC Thunder, to take a chance on Nwaba as his high motor and great defense can surely help the club’s goal of being competitive in their ultimate pursuit of a championship.
After high school, Nwaba originally planned on playing his college ball at Hawaii Pacific but decided to redshirt during his freshmen season in order to transfer to Santa Monica where he was named West State Conference South Division Player of The Year.
