Gameday Preview: The OKC Thunder bid farewell to Flash and seek to end two-game skid

After a debacle in Indiana, many expected the OKC Thunder to come out sharp and ready to compete against the West-leading Warriors. That scenario did not play out. The Dubs came out focused and furious dropping 40 first-quarter points and building a lead as large as 15-points in the first period.

The Warriors never looked back. Golden State essentially won the match wire-to-wire, the Thunder never led, and the game was tied only once 3-3, less than one minute into the game. Oklahoma City did not have it going on either side of the ball on Saturday.

However, after the first quarter, OKC’s defense wasn’t putrid, they held Golden State below 25-points in each of the next three quarters, limiting the Dubs to 70-points for the remainder of the game.
