Ten-time All-Star. That was Chris Paul’s new title when he faced the media scrum Monday.
TNT announced him as a 2020 All-Star reserve Thursday, and after practice Monday, Paul called his selection “an honor and a privilege.”
“Going from the past two years and dealing with different injuries and this and that,” Paul said, “it meant a lot. I think it was great for our team, for the organization. Big thank you to my family, especially my wife and my kids. I spend an unbelievable amount of time training and doing all this stuff. But the organization has been unbelievable from Day 1 and I think it’s not good for me, it’s great for our team.
