Anthony Morrow report card: A down year for the sharpshooter

You know what you’re getting from Anthony Morrow. The NBA veteran is one of the league’s best 3-point shooters, and even though he offers little else, that floor spacing can be valuable. However, Morrow did not have his best season.

To accompany our annual summer series on Thunder players, I’m giving each roster a report card. And today is Morrow.

SHOOTING: B. Morrow’s .387 3-point percentage was down from his career norm of .429 but still was quality. But Morrow made just 39.3 percent of his corner 3-pointers, the second-lowest efficiency of his career. He made 50 percent of his corner 3’s a year ago.
