Ohio State earned the commitment of four-star linebacker Kourt Williams, who chose the Buckeyes over Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Penn State on Wednesday.
Williams is rated as the No. 12 outside linebacker in the country and the No. 15 player coming out of California.
