Urban Meyer saw his worst year of his coaching career in the NFL as the Jacksonville Jaguars' headman. It was a 2-11 three-quarter-season effort that was put out of its misery due to scandalous photos being released and a poor effort developing players. Oh, and he allegedly kicked kicker Josh Lambo out of frustration.
Yahoo Sports' Frank Schwab deemed Meyer's failed Jaguars tenure as the worst in the history of professional sports.
"And just remember, when you hear superlatives today, the worst coach in pro sports history is absolutely Urban Meyer," Schwab wrote.
