Columbus radio station 97.1 The Fan broadcast the Urban Meyer Coach's Show Thursday afternoon from 12 to 1 p.m. just as it has done the past eight weeks.
What separated this week's broadcast from the other seven, however, was it featured zero calls.
Now, there's no denying some fans get uppity when asking Meyer questions—say, coach, have you ever thought about getting our athletes the ball on the edge?—but it's still called the Urban Meyer Call-in Show, and it's a small price considering Meyer makes $2,665,360 every 12 months (in equal monthly installments) for what is identified in his contract as "Media, Promotions and Public Relations" responsibilities.
