True freshman cornerback Marcus Williamson has shed his black stripe, the Ohio State football program announced Thursday morning. The Westerville, Ohio native and IMG Academy product appeared in 13 snaps in Ohio State's win at Rutgers last Saturday night.
Willamson was an early-enrollee in January after committing to the Buckeyes in April of 2015.

Also losing their black stripes were walk-ons linebacker freshman Kevin Dever and junior safety Clay Raterman.
