Three Former Ohio State Players to Compete in 2019 Women's World Cup

The 2019 Women's World Cup kicks off this weekend and it'll have some Buckeye flavor.

The prestigious international soccer tournament will include three former Ohio State players with former Buckeyes Lindsay Agnew and Nichelle Prince competing for team Canada and Tiffany Cameron for Jamaica. All three are making their first-ever World Cup appearance.

Born in Toronto to Jamaican parents, Cameron was formerly a member of the Canadian soccer program along with Prince and Agnew, but changed her affiliation to Jamaica and made her debut in February.

Cameron played for the Buckeyes from 2009-12 and remains the program's all-time leading scorer with 40 goals and 96 career points.
