When coach Meyer’s Ohio State Buckeyes defeated Nick Saban’s heavily favored Alabama team in the playoff game last season it changed the perception of the Southeastern Conference’s dominance in college football. And because of that, coach Saban is aware that a two loss SEC champion might not get into the playoffs. With one loss already, his team might have to run the table to get an invitation. Could that be why he was so upset, and irate with the reporters?
