Tennesee Accused of NIL Violations, Sues the NCAA
It all began on Tuesday when the University of Tennessee was reportedly under NCAA investigation for NIL violations across multiple sports, according to Sports Illustrated's Pat Forde.
After the Volunteers were penalized for 200-plus violations last summer involving their football team, one of Tennessee's collectives is now accused of using a private jet to fly then-five-star quarterback Nico Iamaleava to campus during his recruitment, among many other violations.
