Six Players And Shelley Meyer Appear At Alpha Tau Omega's Charity Casino Night

One staple of Ohio State for the last 14 years has been Casino Night, a formal event put on by Alpha Tau Omega fraternity in the Grand Ballroom at the Ohio Union.

This year, six Buckeye football players joined Shelley Meyer at the function, which raises money for cancer research (the money is donated to the Urban and Shelley Meyer cancer research fund).

This year's players were offensive linemen Demetrius Knox and Kevin Woidke, wide receivers K.J. Hill and Johnnie Dixon, and cornerbacks Jeffrey Okudah and Damon Arnette.

In addition to the free Papa John's pizza provided, with a ticket—$60 for adults and $25 for students—attendees are given chips which they can use to play various casino games, including roulette, blackjack, and craps.
