Recapping Ohio State women’s basketball’s signature win over No. 2 Louisville

Ohio State women’s basketball might have a young team, but that squad proved this weekend why it is one to be reckoned with. In a two-game homestand this past weekend, the Buckeyes opened Friday with a 67-60 win over No. 2 Louisville as part of the Big Ten/ACC Challenge. The win was especially gratifying for the Buckeyes, who fell to No. 4 UConn 73-62 in November.

In Friday night’s game, sophomore forward Dorka Juhasz led Ohio State with 15 points. Three other players, including freshman guard Kiersten Bell, sophomore guard Janai Crooms and freshman forward Rebekah Mikulasikova, also scored in double digits.
