Ohio State concluded its spring football season in style on Saturday.
In front of over 80,000 fans in Ohio Stadium, the Buckeyes took the field for their annual spring game, with Team Scarlet winning against Team Gray 34-33.
Walk-on wide receiver Brennen Schramm and running backs James Peoples, Sam Williams-Dixon and TC Caffey combined for four touchdowns for the Scarlet offense while backup defensive backs Jaylen McClain, Calvin Simpson-Hunt, Brenten “Inky” Jones and Dianté Griffin all came up with interceptions for the Gray defense in Ohio State’s spring-ending scrimmage.
With the spring season behind them, the players will have some off time before resuming team workouts in June.
