Ohio State’s Offense Plays Season-High 78 Snaps While Buckeyes’ Defense Plays Season-Low 47 Snaps at Purdue

Ohio State’s offense played its highest snap count of the season while its defense played its lowest snap count of the season at Purdue.

The Buckeyes snapped the ball 78 times on offense while their defense was on the field for just 47 snaps as Ohio State limited Purdue to 13 first downs and had more than 40 minutes of time of possession in its 34-10 win in West Lafayette.

As a result, 10 offensive Buckeyes played their highest snap counts of the season: Quarterback Julian Sayin, running back Isaiah West, wide receivers Brandon Inniss and Bryson Rodgers, tight end Max Klare and all five starting offensive linemen.
