Last Wednesday I opened up my work e-mail and lo! Appearing before my tired eyes was an offer of tickets to the game yesterday. A deck, near the thirty yard line. Beautiful. And then I looked at the weather forecast and knew that there wasn't a chance in hell that you could ever get me in an aluminum-lined hotbox for three and a half hours to watch Ohio State dump all over a completely outmatched out of conference foe.
I did something similar once, attending an Akron game in 2007 in which I managed to get rained on and still sweat through my shirt in a 30 minute chunk of my life that I'll never get back.
