The two Ohio State captains were both named Wednesday as first-team All-Americans by the American Football Coaches Association, becoming the fourth and fifth Buckeyes to earn first-team All-American honors from at least one major national organization this year.

They join Garrett Wilson and Nicholas Petit-Frere, who were both named first-team All-Americans by the Football Writers Association of America, and Noah Ruggles, who received first-team All-American honors from ESPN, as Buckeyes who are now in line to be immortalized with trees planted in their honor outside Ohio Stadium.
