With new uniforms and a new dual-QB system, the Buckeyes look to make a statement.
Last week, for the first time since the win over Virginia Tech, Ohio State looked like a real threat in their 49-28 win over Maryland. Part of that success was thanks to J.T. Barrett and the Buckeyes' new dual-quarterback setup. Urban Meyer used the sophomore QB as the red-zone QB, and the results speak for themselves. While he only threw 2 passes (and completed both of them), Barrett rushed for 62 yards and 3 TDs. 62 yards may not seem like a lot until you remember that Barrett only took the field when we were already knocking on the door.
