On Saturday, The-Ozone reported that the Ohio State Buckeyes would be trading in their traditional scarlet and gray when they take on the Michigan State Spartans on Oct. 5. The Buckeyes will don an all-black uniform for the 2019 Homecoming Game, which will be a primetime affair kicking off at 7:30 p.m. ET on either ABC or ESPN.
The team showed off the ensemble during Friday’s tour of the recently renovated Woody Hayes Athletic Center along with two kits made up of scarlet jerseys and gray pants. The Buckeyes last wore the all-black combo last season when they hosted the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Nov.
