Ohio State sets national spring game attendance record for the second straight year

Ohio State's spring game homefield advantage is better than your favorite team's regular season one.

The Ohio State University's a perennial College Football Playoff contender. Now it looks like they're well positioned to be amongst the best spring game crowds each year as well.

This afternoon, an announced crowd of over 100,819 Buckeye fans made the trek to Ohio Stadium on a beautiful spring afternoon for the annual spring football game, setting a new national record. This breaks last year's record of 99,391. A year ago, they broke their own previous national record of 95,722 from 2009.
