Ohio State Offers Four New Running Backs, Jaedon Harmon and Dorian Barney Put Ohio State in Their Top Schools

New Ohio State running backs coach Carlos Locklyn has only been on campus for about a week since being officially hired on Monday.

That hasn’t stopped him from handing out OSU offers to running backs he’s fond of, though. In the past few days, Locklyn has offered four tailbacks, two in the 2025 class and two from the 2026 cycle.

Dierre Hill Jr.

The 5-foot-11, 180-pound Dierre Hill Jr. is the most highly touted prospect of the four running backs offered. Per 247Sports’ composite rankings, Hill is considered the 104th-best prospect and the ninth-rated running back in the 2025 cycle.
