The NFL Honors ceremony on Saturday recognized the league’s best and brightest, and a pair of former Buckeyes were awarded for their efforts both on and off the field this past season.

Former Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud was named the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year after leading the Houston Texans to a 10-7 record and the NFL Divisional Round one year removed from a 3-13 season. Stroud threw for 4,108 yards and 23 touchdowns during his debut season with the Texans.
