Ohio State and Michigan is officially a top-three matchup in each major poll, as the Buckeyes and Wolverines checked in as the second and third-best teams in the CFP rankings on Tuesday.
Back-to-back national champion Georgia is No. 1 after a 38-10 win over then-No. 18 Tennessee, followed by Ohio State, Michigan, Washington, Florida State and the committee's top-ranked, one-loss team, Oregon.
On Saturday, the Buckeyes and Wolverines will meet in their second consecutive top-three matchup and third overall in the past 18 seasons. In 2022, with Ohio State ranked second and Michigan ranked third, the Wolverines defeated the Buckeyes 45-23 in Ohio Stadium.
