My all-time favorite Ohio State jersey/uniform of any kind across sports has always been the Ohio State men’s all-gray uniform. It appears the Ohio State football team is teasing the same thing this season for its November 11 home night game against the Michigan State Spartans.
The Buckeyes have traditionally worn an alternate uniform at least once during the season, and they attempted an all-gray uniform once before. In 2017 against Penn State at home, they released a darker gray uniform with black lettering and a digital camp helmet with metallic red buckeye leaf stickers.
What could make this year’s “all-gray” uniform unique would be a more “silver” look to the uniform.
