It has been widely known that the Ohio State football program is trying really hard to get a top running back for its 2021 recruiting class. The Buckeyes have already sent offers to running backs Donovan Edwards, Camar Wheaton, Corey Kiner, Cody Brown, Will Shipley, Evan Pryor, and Lovasea Carroll, according to 247Sports.
While there is still a long road ahead, the mutual interest between the Buckeyes and the No. 1 running back in the nation, Camar Wheaton, is encouraging.
According to Land-Grant Holy Land, Ohio State head coach Ryan Day paid a visit to Wheaton at Lakeview Centennial High School in Garland, Texas on Wednesday.
