Ohio State football | Meyer talks Miller's move, quarterbacks

CHICAGO – The mad scientist inside Urban Meyer is already pondering all the possibilities.

Though the Ohio State coach said today that it is premature to consider Braxton Miller’s move from quarterback to hybrid receiver a fait accompli, it is looking more and more likely that Miller will start the 2015 season in that role.

The suspensions of hybrids Jalin Marshall and Dontre Wilson (along with Joey Bosa and Corey Smith) for the Sept. 7 opener against Virginia Tech make that even more likely.

“I think Braxton will play receiver,” Meyer said. “I've worked with him and (receivers coach) Zach Smith has worked with him.
