Ohio State head coach Ryan Day and co-offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich offered 2020 three-star quarterback Jayden de Laura from Honolulu Hawaii a scholarship last weekend, according to Eleven Warriors. With four-star prospect Jack Miller already committed, they are looking to bolster the depth in the quarterback room for the future.
Obviously the coaches don’t want a situation like this season to arise again with the Buckeyes down to two grad-transfers as backups.
Jayden de Laura, already committed to Mike Leach and Washington State, is a pro-style quarterback prospect who has recently been garnering late interest in his recruitment.
