Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett is scheduled to be arraigned in Franklin County Municipal Court at 9 a.m. Friday.
Barrett, 20, was cited last Friday on misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle while impaired and backing without safety after he was pulled over near a campus-area sobriety checkpoint.
