Ohio State Defensive End Kenyatta Jackson Jr. Suffers an Injury, Ryan Day Doesn't Expect It To Be Long-Term

Ohio State's defensive players were the stars of the day in Saturday's 14-7 win over No. 1 Texas. Still, there was a small cloud that hovered over an otherwise sunny day in Columbus.

Senior defensive end Kenyatta Jackson Jr. left the game in the third quarter after getting rolled up on and suffering what appeared to be a leg injury and did not return to action.

Following a few minutes on the ground with the training staff, Jackson walked off gingerly and was evaluated in Ohio State's medical tent. He emerged a few minutes later and walked off under his own power, though without his helmet.
