One last lingering question for the Buckeyes appears to have been answered, as Ohio State starting cornerback Kendall Sheffield has announced his intentions for the 2019 season.
After being named the fastest player in college football by NFL.com in the summer of 2018, the Missouri City, Texas, product is going to see how that speed holds up at the next level, as he will forgo his remaining collegiate eligibility to enter the NFL Draft.
Unlike many of his departing teammates, Sheffield did not work with OSU’s graphics department to craft a goodbye letter to Buckeye Nation, nor did he drop a statement via notes.
