Ohio State Cornerback Aaron Scott Jr. Entering Transfer Portal After Two Years with Buckeyes

A five-star prospect from the 2024 recruiting class is leaving Ohio State after two seasons as a Buckeye.

Aaron Scott Jr., who was Ohio State’s No. 4 cornerback this past season, announced he would enter the transfer portal on Saturday.

Scott, who was ranked as the No. 36 overall prospect in the 2024 class, played primarily on special teams in his first two years as a Buckeye. He drew praise from Ryan Day for his special teams play early in the season, when Ohio State’s head coach revealed that Scott had been the first player to the 30-yard line on 13 straight kickoffs.
