Ohio State's top commitment in the 2019 class is set to play his senior season of high school basketball outside the state of Ohio.
According to a report from The Columbus Dispatch, Alonzo Gaffney is set to transfer to Brewster Academy in New Hampshire for his final season of prep hoops, leaving Garfield Heights near Cleveland.
Gaffney was the first player to commit to Chris Holtmann in the 2019 cycle and is currently rated as the No. 31 overall prospect in his class according to 247sports. He committed to the Buckeyes on April 10, and was joined in the class by D.
